Support and implementation specialist

Help our clients get the most out of the mojekarte platform. You will guide new venues through onboarding, set up their box office, train their staff and provide ongoing technical support. You are the bridge between our engineering team and the people who use the product every day.
What you bring

- •Experience in ticketing or venue management is an advantage
- •Slovenian and/or Croatian required, English an advantage

Android developer
Junior, mid-level, seniorLjubljana, Zagreb, Banja Luka, Belgrade
Build and maintain our Android apps for ticket scanning, access control and mobile points of sale. You will work on apps used at stadium gates, theatre entrances and festival checkpoints across Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Serbia. Performance, offline mode and hardware integration (barcode scanners, NFC readers, thermal printers) are at the core of this role.
What you bring
- •Kotlin and/or Java for Android development
- •Experience with the Android SDK and Jetpack components
- •Hardware integration (Bluetooth, NFC, USB peripherals)
- •Offline-first architecture and local database management
- •REST API integration and background synchronisation
Full-stack developer (PHP)
Junior, mid-level, seniorLjubljana, Zagreb, Banja Luka, Belgrade
Work on the core of the mojekarte platform. Our backend is built on PHP and powers everything from ticket inventory and pricing to real-time seating plans and fiscalisation in four countries. You will build features used by theatres, stadiums, museums and festivals. Strong PHP knowledge is essential. Front-end experience with modern JavaScript frameworks is an advantage.
What you bring

Senior Delphi developer
SeniorLjubljana, Zagreb, Banja Luka, Belgrade
Maintain and extend our Delphi desktop applications for POS terminals, self-service kiosks and hardware integration. These applications run at box offices, stadium gates and museum entrances across Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Serbia. You will work on business-critical software that has to stay up under heavy load. It talks directly to ticket printers, barcode scanners, turnstiles and fiscal devices.
What you bring
- •In-depth Delphi and Object Pascal expertise (5+ years)
- •Windows desktop application development
- •Hardware integration (serial and USB communication, printer protocols, NFC and barcode readers)
- •Database experience (Firebird, InterBase or SQL Server)
- •Understanding of real-time systems and high-availability requirements
