Timed entry only works when the ticket travels with the visitor. Every reservation lands in email, in Apple Wallet and in Google Wallet at the same moment. If the time slot moves, if the guide switches language or if the weather closes part of the attraction, the wallet pass updates itself and the visitor sees a push notification before reaching the gate. Family tickets, group vouchers, combined packages and annual memberships are all delivered the same way, so no PDF gets lost in an inbox and nobody holds up the queue at the turnstile.
